JPMorgan Chase

2025

What We Did

I supported an international market research and strategy sprint for JPMorgan Chase in collaboration with a three-person team at The Alt League, working directly with thier Chief Strategy Officer Meredith Chase. The work focused on shaping a stronger technology narrative across the United Kingdom, Singapore, India, and the United States. Ipsos conducted the research, and I helped direct the analysis across qualitative and quantitative outputs, then translated the findings into narrative and messaging recommendations. I also supported the design and strategy for a senior stakeholder workshop and helped deliver the findings in a two-hour session in New York with JPMorgan Chase’s Chief Marketing Officer and team.

Why We Did It

JPMorgan Chase was making major investments in engineering, AI, and digital infrastructure, but perception had not caught up to reality. The goal was to define what “technology leadership” should mean for the brand and build a narrative that could inspire internal teams, attract talent, and strengthen credibility as a place where meaningful tech is built.

My Role

  • Created the discussion guide used by Ipsos across the United Kingdom, Singapore, India, and the United States.

  • Directed qualitative and quantitative analysis from Ipsos research outputs.

  • Led synthesis of 40 plus hours of global research and pulled out cross-market themes and tensions.

  • Connected audience insights to brand narrative, messaging, and proof points.

  • Supported the design and strategy of a senior stakeholder workshop.

  • Delivered findings in a two-hour workshop in New York to JPMorgan Chase’s Chief Marketing Officer and team.

Outcome

  • Defined clear narrative territory for what technology leadership means for the JPMorgan Chase brand.

  • Aligned key audience perceptions across regions and identified where messaging needed to flex by market.

  • Created a foundation for future campaigns, messaging, and internal activation tied to the technology story.
